Additional interim session(s) may be scheduled as needed for feedback and adjustments. ▸ Post-Launch Support: Choose from ad-hoc consultations as needed or subscribe to a regular support plan for continued assistance. Note: Post-launch support is available through separate payment options and is NOT included in the initial project fee. 3. Flexible Payment Options ▸ Upfront Payment: Opt for a one-time payment upfront for a discounted rate and peace of mind. ▸ Monthly Instalments: Spread the cost over the duration of the project to ease budgeting pressures.
Cancellation Policy
▸ Notification Requirement: To cancel your service, you must notify us in writing via email at least 14 days before the next billing cycle or project phase begins. ▸ Cancellation Before Program Start: You can cancel your service at no cost before the program start date. ▸ First Instalment Non-Refundable: Once the program starts, the first monthly instalment is non-refundable. This covers the initial project setup and resource allocation. ▸ Service Modifications: If you wish to modify your service instead of cancelling, please contact us.
