Cancellation Policy
▸ Notification Requirement: To cancel your service, you must notify us in writing via email at least 14 days before the next billing cycle or project phase begins. ▸ Cancellation Before Program Start: You can cancel your service at no cost before the program start date. ▸ First Instalment Non-Refundable: Once the program starts, the first monthly instalment is non-refundable. This covers the initial project setup and resource allocation. ▸ Service Modifications: If you wish to modify your service instead of cancelling, please contact us.
